Luggage
To make check-in and your flight as smooth as possible, it is a good idea to check in advance how to pack and see which items you are allowed to carry in your onboard or checked-in luggage. All banned or prohibited items will be removed during the security control.
You can find more information on the Finavia website about which items must be carried in the cargo hold and which items can be taken on-board. There you will also find information on how to pack outdoor or other sporting equipment, etc.:
If your luggage has not arrived or is damaged, you will need to file a claim with your airline as they are responsible for baggage handling. You can do this either via the airline’s airport arrival service or the airline website.
